PRODESO MEMBRANE SYSTEM
Proleveling System is a revolutionary and innovative system to make the laying easy and quick only with two elements (leveller and tie rod). A complete range of levellers in form of cross, T and linear of 1, 2, 3 and 5 mm, for floor and wall with thickness from 3 to 40 mm.
The white levellers in form of T and cross, and the light blue linear levellers have a threaded pin where the tie rod should be screwed. The tie rod in transparent polyethylene has holes to check if tiles and joints are aligned. Other parts of the system are:
PROTECTION CUP: to protect the surface of floors as marbles, natural stones and polished porcelain tiles from possible scratches due to the tie rod rotation.
UNSCREWING DEVICE: to remove the broken levellers from tie rod using a drill.
PROSUPPORT SYSTEM is the result of in-depth research by Progress Profiles. The system solves the problems typically associated with raised floors. Height can be adjusted thanks to an innovative modular system and supports with a self-levelling or flat head and 4 or 2 mm spacers, drainage holes and noise-proofing rubber. The system is built around PROSUPPORT PROFILE, a perimeter profile designed to protect and finish the outside edges of floors in ceramic tile, wood, marble and agglomerate materials. The vertical side of the profile has angled, dovetail fins to anchor risers using suitable adhesives. It is also available in a version with a 2 cm decorative border. These two patented design solutions for outdoor areas like terraces, swimming pool surrounds, pedestrian walkways and shared passages guarantee uniformity and continuity and combine attractive style, great functionality and the reliability of modern technology.
PRODESO MEMBRANE SYSTEM is an uncoupling and waterproofing system for difficult floors, terraces, balconies and horizontal surfaces of all dimensions without movement or expansion joints in the screed. The membranes are placed over the floor before the ceramic tile or natural stone surface is laid. There are many good reasons for using this type of membrane, which Progress Profiles has designed and made to guarantee maximum flexibility, protection and safety inside and outside the home. First of all, it is quick to lay and drastically reduces work times. The floor surface can be installed as soon as the membrane is in place. Next, it is versatile and can be used on all types of floor, indoors and out, irrespective of dimensions. Finally, it is safe under all conditions and in all weathers, and facilitates the laying of all kinds of floor. It even waterproofs the substrate in the case of overlaying on cracked or imperfectly cured floors with a risk of vapour stress.
